How I Got Here

In 2020 I left a 25 year career in education following ‘the mother of all burnouts.’ It sparked a creative sabbatical - one that saw me open an award winning plant-based bakery and coffee house that promoted health and wellbeing through food and nutrition. It was the start of a journey that reshaped my purpose and launched me firmly into a wellbeing focused future.

Championing individual and collective wellbeing, based on insight-driven conversations, is now the foundation of my consultancy work. By sharing lived experience, lessons learned, and recent research, I work with organisations to nurture cultures which put wellbeing first, enabling people and businesses to thrive.
